Jon was born in Kampala Uganda to a family in the diplomatic corps, where he then spent his childhood growing up in Jamaica, Switzerland, France and India before arriving back in Australia in the mid 1980’s. Having grown disenchanted with his chosen career as a chef, Jon returned to University graduating with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from James Cook University in Cairns.

Since then Jon has worked in various practices up and down the East Coast with the past 5 years as an accountant specializing in Medical, Dental and Veterinary practices at firms in Melbourne. Jon joined Mayberry Meldrum and Anderson in August of 2020, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and spends his down time playing golf, cooking, fishing and maintaining the slowest boat in the Northern Rivers.
